A HOPE-FILLED FUTURE

essay : The crisis our country is facing is comparable to a tumor. It just keeps growing and growing...From the continuous increase in the prices of commodities without the corresponding increase in salaries and wages, more and more people from the middle class will soon find themselves joining the lower class. People from the lower class, on the other hand, will probably be left where they are simply because it is not possible for them to sink any lower. As if the high cost of living is not enough, there is also the corruption and the alarming increase in unreported crimes to contend with. Despite all of these, I remain optimistic that there is still hope for our country. Just like it is possible for laser therapy and medicine to remove a tumor, I believe that it is also possible to overcome whatever crisis comes our way. After all, when things hit rock bottom, the laws of nature dictate that there is really nowhere to go but up.
