Canada: a balanced place for job and security

Given a chance to immigrate, which country & why?

The factors to consider in immigrating is to find a country that can provide job security with lesser personal risk or should we say terrorist-threat. The latter is not only a factor where business and leisure travellers based on when taking their trips, but it should also be the most vital factor for people who would want to permanently change residence consider.

Among all the countries that I would consider immigrating to is Canada. Vancouver would top the list for the most livable city as per Mercer's Quality of Life Survey and the Economist Intelligence Unit's livability (2008).

The country is definitely good for people who are immigrating alone or with family as it is above-average in providing safety, education, hygiene, recreation, political-economic stability and public transportation.
