Given the chance to immigrate, which country and why?

Given the chance to immigrate, I would leave for Canada. It is the second largest country in the world, next to Russia, but has only a population of 30,000,000, more or less. The economy is highly developed, both in agriculture and in manufacturing industry. The country is not too dependent in oil because of its large oilfields in Alberta. Natural gas is also abundant and the Trans-Canada pipeline from the prairies to Montreal is the longest in the world. Canadians enjoy one of the highest standards of living of all peoples around the world.
As to its language, I would have no difficulty because English is spoken everywhere except in French Quebec. Canada is really the best place in the world, cool but clean, not overpopulated, and its dollar as strong as the US dollar. Canada is the new America, the new land of opportunity.
