essay : Although its very tempting and nise to eat...you guys should take a look on what's coming inside your body. Remember too much of anything is BAD...
For me the basic should be not eathing too mush fat...not only its high on cholesterol it also makes you prone on heart disseases. Next minimize your "additional rice habit!'..too much carbohydrates on rice makes those "love handles" much biger..last make exercise a part of your daily sched...whether just jogging or simply waliking around your neighborhood..sweating a little helps in your blood circulation..plus who knows you might "Bump" into someone special...
