How do you keep yourself fit and healthy?

I keep myself fit and healthy by eating the right kind of foods, having a balance diet is needed everyday to keep everyones fit and healthy. But we can't make sure that we consume the complete nutrients we needed a day so it is also better to take your multivitamins daily. Not only the foods we eat can keep us healthy also our daily activities that involves physical actions, like walking it can help us loose some sweat and also helps in the blood circulation of our body. Being healthy is not only seen or achieve by our human body, it is also needed in our mental and spiritual needs. By thinking positive thoughts we can achieve a healthy mind and can keep ourself focus on what we are doing. I also believe that laughter is the best medicine. And as a God fearing person I make sure that I would go to church every Sunday to have a time with our creator because without Him we don't have any assurance that we'll still wake up on the next day.
