If you are up to the thrilling adventure of great wonders and history the top 5 places to visit in Manila are the following;
Intramuros- built in the 16th century by the Spaniards is the oldest district of the city of Manila. Intramuros is literally "within the walls", meaning within the wall enclosure of the city/fortress, also describes its structure as it is surrounded by thick, high walls and moats. This is the place to relax , chill and have fun while capturing the scene within Manila.
Manila Cathedral-one of the oldest church in Manila that is highly historical and extraordinary. With its fine architectural landscape, it would be an epic to view and experience the ambience inside.
National Museum of the Philippines-with its vast, historic and cultural treasures of the Philippines, you can learn more of who and where you came from.
Fort Santiago-erected over the palisade of the last king of pre-Hispanic Manila, Fort Santiago embodied the military might of Spanish colonial rule for over three centuries.
Manila Hotel-after a fun and exciting trip to the wonders of Manila, a great way to end the day is to stay at the Manila hotel to replenish and savor the moments and learnings found in the City of Manila.
So are you ready to go?

After a stressful day at work, a full blown meal will ease the tension for some, a good hug from your loved ones will turn your face into a smile or a walk for a while will inhibit good vibes.
How do we keep ourselves fit and healthy?
Technology nowadays, do wonders in many fields as far as health and fitness is concerned. There are many available machine operated and expensive meal planned for people who can afford, but how can a middle-class individual keep up with such?
Here are some of my health and fitness wisdoms for those who lack penny in the pocket;
*Keep smiling-indeed a healthy and vibrant soul reflect in ones smile
*Exercise-walking would be the easiest but the most benefitial form of human work could do without any hassle.
*Watch what you eat-what goes in must get out, so don't abuse the food. You can have some but with limits.
*Socialize-having a good conversation with someone will not only enhance your social status but will keep your mind set fit as well.
*Sleep-a well rested body and mind makes everyone to have a more intellectual day and a great problem solving skills.
*Love-love and be love.
These are very obvious ways to keep yourself fit and healthy, don't just read them, live it.

Survival of the fittest, the rule in the forest and the living truth in our life. And how do I keep up? These are the top 5 most influential people in my life, the reason I survive;
*Parents-there are my knight and shining armor, always doing the best for me. Thanks Mom and Dad!
*Siblings-well, most of the time we have conflicts with our brothers and sisters and we learn a lot from them, for they are our true best friends so enemies watch out!
*Special Someone-they want the best for us (hope so), they take good care of us, so we feel good and strive to be better. I love you baby!
*Circle of friends-probably the most influential during my teenage years, I am who I am now, partly because of them. Miss you guys!
*Bob Marley-soul and music. He brings out the artistry in me...
That's it!
